Position: Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager

Location: Andheri & Navi Mumbai

Experience: 3+ of experience (Modular Interiors Projects)

Qualification: Diploma & Degree in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end execution of residential interior projects.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
Supervise site activities and ensure adherence to project schedules.
Monitor project quality, safety standards, and budget compliance.
Oversee civil,



electrical, plumbing, tiling, gypsum, carpentry, painting, and finishing works.
Plan and track material requirements and site deliveries.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and progress updates.
Identify project risks and implement corrective actions when required.
Ensure timely project handover and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualification
3+ years of experience in Modular Interiors Project Management.
Robust site execution and team management skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Willingness to travel as required.
