We are looking for a fully experienced and independent HR Recruiter who can handle recruitment and day-to-day HR activities without requiring basic training or regular guidance.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment independently.
Work continuously on all active manpower requirements and ensure timely closure.
Source candidates through job portals, databases, references, and other channels.
Screen, shortlist, and coordinate candidates for interviews.
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates until joining.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment data.
Handle day-to-day HR-related activities and coordination.
Manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously and achieve recruitment targets.

Requirements




2+ years of practical experience in Recruitment / HR.
Must be capable of working independently from day one.
Solid knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Proactive, responsible, and target-oriented.
Candidate should be able to understand requirements and manage recruitment independently without basic training.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
