Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Relationship Manager to manage and nurture a portfolio of creators. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring creator engagement, onboarding success, ongoing participation, and long-term relationship management.

This role requires excellent communication skills, stakeholder management abilities, and a strong focus on creator satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned creators.
Build and maintain robust relationships with creators across categories.
Guide creators through onboarding and activation processes.
Drive creator engagement and participation in ongoing opportunities and campaigns.
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure creators remain active and engaged.
Address creator queries, concerns, and operational issues in a timely manner.
Track creator performance and identify opportunities to improve participation and outcomes.




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and support.
Maintain accurate records of creator interactions and status updates.
Generate periodic reports on creator activity, engagement, and retention metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile
1–4 years of experience in Relationship Management, Account Management, Customer Success, Client Servicing, Creator Management, or Business Development.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple creator relationships simultaneously.
Highly organized with strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
Comfortable working in a quick-paced, target-oriented workplace.
Experience in influencer marketing, creator economy, media, or digital marketing is preferred.
