We are looking for a Recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates throughout the recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have robust sourcing skills and positive communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and job requirements.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and feedback.
Maintain and update the candidate database.
Ensure regular follow-up with candidates until the joining stage.
Handle multiple vacancies and achieve recruitment targets within timelines.
Maintain proper recruitment reports and MIS.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
