Project Manager – F&B; Hospitality

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred

Experience: 5–10 years in hospitality, restaurant, F&B;, retail, or commercial projects

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end restaurant/F&B; project execution.
Coordinate civil, interior, MEP, kitchen, HVAC, electrical and plumbing works.
Handle project timelines, budgets, vendors and contractors.
Monitor site progress and ensure work meets quality standards.
Coordinate with architects, consultants and F&B; operations teams.
Conduct site inspections and resolve execution issues.
Ensure projects are completed within the approved cost, quality and timeline.
Manage multiple outlet openings, renovations and refurbishment projects.
Ensure compliance with safety and statutory requirements.

Ideal Candidate: A Civil Engineer with robust project management experience in restaurants, hotels, cafés, QSRs or commercial interiors, with positive vendor and contractor management skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
