Job Summary

We are looking for a Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for permanent staffing requirements. The role involves sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, managing offers and joining formalities, and maintaining strong candidate relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Understand client hiring requirements, job descriptions, skills, and selection criteria.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Explain job roles, company details, and prospects to candidates.
Obtain candidate consent and submit relevant profiles within agreed TAT.
Coordinate interviews, communicate schedules, and follow up with candidates.
Support offer negotiations, documentation, background checks, and joining formalities.
Follow up with selected candidates until joining and maintain post-placement engagement.
Maintain recruitment MIS, reports, and candidate records.




Work closely with Account Managers to achieve client hiring targets.

Candidate Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Recruitment agency/staffing experience will be an advantage.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Confident in handling candidates over the phone.
Basic understanding of recruitment and candidate sourcing is preferred.
Proactive, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
Robust interpersonal, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions and work in a quick-paced workplace.

What We’re Looking For A people-oriented, proactive, and result-driven individual who enjoys connecting with candidates and building a career in recruitment. Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
