We are looking for a Recruitment Executive Non-IT Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various Non-IT positions.

Key Responsibilities:
Handling end-to-end Non-IT recruitment
Should be capable of independently handling the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, while working as part of a team.
Screening and shortlisting profiles based on requirements
Coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Maintaining candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers
Solid communication and client-handling skills required
Ability to work on multiple requirements simultaneously
Experience in bulk hiring or retail hiring will be an added advantage.

Requirements:
Experience in recruitment or internship experience in Non-IT recruitment
Staffing industry experience will be an added advantage
Solid hands-on experience with Naukri
Good sourcing skills
Valuable communication skills.
