Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Research & Development (R&D; Executive) to join our pharmaceutical R&D; team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the development, optimization, testing, and documentation of pharmaceutical products in accordance with applicable quality and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct research and development activities for new pharmaceutical formulations and products.
Develop, optimize, and evaluate formulations as per project requirements.
Perform laboratory trials, experiments, and product evaluations.
Prepare and maintain R&D; documentation, reports, protocols, and records.
Analyze trial results and recommend improvements in formulation and process parameters.
Coordinate with Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), Production, and Regulatory Affairs teams.
Support scale-up, technology transfer, and process optimization activities.
Ensure all R&D; activities are performed according to approved procedures, GMP requirements, and safety guidelines.




Investigate formulation or process-related issues and assist in implementing corrective actions.
Maintain laboratory equipment, records, and relevant documentation.
Stay updated with current pharmaceutical technologies, scientific literature, and industry practices.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field.
4 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical R&D;/formulation development preferred.
Positive understanding of pharmaceutical formulations, laboratory practices, and GMP.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office and technical documentation.
