Reports To: Platform Development Manager

Role Summary

Lead the Quality Assurance team by defining testing strategies, establishing QA processes, driving automation, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software across all products.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage the QA team.
Plan and assign testing tasks based on project priorities.
Define and maintain QA processes, standards, and best practices.
Review requirements and ensure adequate test coverage.
Oversee functional, regression, integration, API, and UAT testing.
Review and validate reported defects before release.
Drive QA automation initiatives and increase automation coverage.
Integrate automated testing into the development and release process.
Monitor QA metrics, release quality, and defect trends.




Coordinate closely with Product, Development, and Project teams.
Continuously improve testing efficiency and QA workflows.
Ensure timely delivery of testing activities and release readiness.
