Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Odisha, India. This role involves identifying potential customers, presenting products or services, and closing sales to meet revenue targets. The Specialist will plan and execute marketing campaigns, support promotional activities, and analyze market trends to refine sales strategies.

Daily tasks include building and maintaining customer relationships, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.



The role also includes coordinating training sessions for team members or partners on sales techniques, product features, and service standards, while collaborating with management to track performance and implement improvements.

Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
