Role & responsibilities :
Perform final inspection of valves before dispatch as per drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
Verify dimensions, visual quality, markings, painting, and packaging.
Review hydrostatic, pneumatic, and seat leakage test reports.
Ensure material traceability and compliance with quality standards.
Identify and report non-conformities and coordinate corrective actions.
Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality records.
Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Customer Inspectors during inspections.

Preferred candidate profile
Knowledge of industrial valves (Gate, Globe, Check, Ball, Butterfly Valves).
Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.
Familiarity with API, ASME, and ISO standards.
Experience in using measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and Pressure Gauges. documentation, and problem-solving skills
