Advocating processes, procedures, functions, compliances, escalation, ticketing, and support management with clients
Co-ordinate with clients on weekly to monthly operational issues
Support execution team on capacity optimization and monitoring

Primary Skills
Must be having a detailed understanding of the IT ecosystem, adoption pattern, customer expectations, and NTT service offerings
Robust CXO level connect. Exceptional collaborations skills with internal and external stakeholders
