Role Description This is a full time, on-site Project Intern role based in Jaipur.

The Project

Intern will support project managers and site engineers in day-to-day coordination of construction activities, including tracking progress, documenting work, and assisting with scheduling and material management.

Responsibilities include collecting and organizing project data, preparing basic reports and documentation, and helping maintain compliance with safety and quality standards. The intern will participate in site meetings, liaise with team members and vendors as directed,



and assist in resolving minor on-site issues under supervision. This role offers hands-on exposure to construction project workflows and an opportunity to learn industry best practices.

Qualifications
Interest in construction management, civil engineering, or related field, with basic understanding of construction processes
Ability to collect, organize, and interpret project data and documentation
Robust communication skills for working with site teams, supervisors, and vendors
Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards
Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, basic project documentation)
Ability to work in office in Jaipur and adapt to a dynamic, outdoor work environment
Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience)
Willingness to learn, take guidance from senior team members, and contribute positively to team goals
