Skills Cafe is a behavioral and leadership development firm known for its gamification -based learning approach. We work with enterprise clients across India, managing complex multi -batch, multi -stakeholder learning programs. As our business grows, we need a Project Lead who can own governance across every program we run.

This is an individual contributor role with full ownership. You will be the person who makes sure every active project is visible, structured, on track, and well -communicated — from initiation through final closure. You will work closely with our Delivery, Content, Sales, Facilitation, and Technology teams internally, and directly with client stakeholders externally

What are we looking for
4 to 7 years of experience in project management, PMO, or client delivery in a corporate environment
Exceptionally organized — you track everything, miss nothing, and follow up without being reminded
Robust communicator — written and verbal; your status updates and reports are clear, concise,



and structured
Proactive by default — you surface problems early rather than wait for them to land on someone else's desk
High ownership — you treat every project as if it is your own; timelines matter to you personally
Proficiency in creating project charters, governance trackers, MOM documentation, and progress reports
Solid Excel skills — pivot tables, trackers, formulas, and data structuring for operational reporting
Ability to build and maintain live dashboards that give leadership instant visibility into project status across accounts
Experience working with enterprise clients; comfort with senior stakeholder engagement
Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Asana, Monday, or similar)
Working proficiency with AI tools such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or similar — including the ability to prompt effectively, use AI to accelerate reporting and communication tasks, and adopt new tools without hand-holding
Background in learning and development, consulting, or qualified services is an advantage — not a requirement
