Key Responsibilities
Attend and manage walk-in clients at the project site
Explain project details, pricing, features, and benefits to potential buyers
Conduct site visits and property tours for clients
Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and references
Convert inquiries into bookings/sales closures
Maintain and update customer databases and sales reports
Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation activities
Assist clients with documentation and booking procedures
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2 year of experience in real estate sales or property sales
Solid sales, negotiation, and closing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude
Ability to work on targets and deadlines




Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
Any graduate
