Job Overview

Blue Automation is looking for a agile and result-driven Sales Engineer – Industrial Automation to expand our turnkey automation business. The role involves handling end-to-end sales of automation solutions, from opportunity identification to project closure, across diverse industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop recent business opportunities in industrial automation & turnkey projects
Promote automation solutions including:
PLC / SCADA / HMI Systems
Drives & Motion Control
Industrial Networking
Control Panels & MCCs
Prepare techno-commercial proposals, BOQs & estimations
Understand client processes and propose optimized automation solutions
Conduct technical presentations & customer meetings
Coordinate with engineering & execution teams for project finalization
Manage key accounts & maintain long-term relationships




Achieve assigned sales targets & revenue goals

Educational Qualification
B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in:
Electrical
Electronics
Instrumentation
Mechatronics
Automation Engineering

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Industrial Automation & Turnkey Solutions
Hands-on exposure to:
PLC / SCADA systems
Electrical panels & field instrumentation
Ability to understand electrical drawings & P&IDs;
Techno-commercial negotiation skills
Excellent communication & presentation ability

Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience working with a System Integrator or similar automation solution provider
Strong exposure to Siemens Automation Platform including:
Siemens PLCs (S7-1200 / 1500 / 300 / 400)
TIA Portal
WinCC / SCADA
Siemens Drives & Industrial Communication
Experience in turnkey project sales will be highly preferred

Pay: ₹30,500.00 - ₹62,000.00 per month
