Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with industrial safety rules, regulations, and company HSE policies.
Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits.
Identify workplace hazards and recommend corrective actions.
Conduct Toolbox Talks and safety awareness training for employees.
Monitor proper use of PPE and protected working practices.
Ensure compliance with Work Permit, LOTO, Hot Work, Height Work, and Confined Space procedures.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses and prepare reports.
Maintain safety records, inspection reports, and statutory documentation.
Support fire safety, emergency preparedness, and evacuation drills.
Coordinate with site and maintenance teams to ensure a secure working workplace.
