Zoom Optik is looking for a friendly and motivated Sales Associate to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, recommending suitable optical products, achieving sales targets, and maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their eyewear requirements.
Assist customers in selecting frames, lenses, sunglasses and accessories.
Explain product features, prices, offers and warranty details.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Upsell and cross-sell suitable products.
Handle billing and customer orders accurately.
Follow up with customers regarding orders and collections.
Maintain proper product display and showroom cleanliness.
Support stock checking and other store activities.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.




Follow Zoom Optik company policies, SOPs and duty roster.
Maintain punctuality, discipline and qualified grooming.

Requirements
Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Sales/retail experience preferred.
Optical industry experience will be an advantage.
Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
