Preparing HSE training matrix as required for Employees, workmen, operators, • To assist in the identification of training needs (regarding HSE policy, Protected work procedures, PTW, BBS, Emergency Response, Near miss, Investigation report, First aid, Fire Fighting, Legislation, Environmental, etc.,) for company's staff / sub-contractor's supervisory staff, develop and deliver training as required.
Conducting induction sessions for company employees, and sub-contractor supervisors and workmen.
Conducting mock drills (including fire, emergency response, electrocution, Heat stroke, etc.,) on regular basis.
Participating in preparing HIRA for various activities and get approval from clients.
Preferred candidate profile
5+ Years of experience in Safety/HSE Engineer in Building/Commercial/Industrial/Bridges/Canal projects.
B.E/B. tech/Diploma in Civil prferebly
