Job Title- Sales Head- Disinfectant

Job Location- Delhi

Responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, developing distribution channels, and managing key institutional and commercial clients for the company’s disinfectant products.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
Drive sales of disinfectant and hygiene products across healthcare, institutional, industrial, and commercial segments.
Identify new markets, customers, distributors, dealers, and business prospects.
Build, manage, and strengthen the distribution and dealer network.
Develop strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare institutions, corporates, industries, and other key clients.
Identify new markets and business opportunities.
Lead and manage the sales team.




Handle key clients and maintain solid customer relationships.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and sales performance.
Prepare sales forecasts and regular reports.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.
8–12 years of sales experience, preferably in disinfectants, healthcare, hygiene, FMCG, or related products.
3–5 years of experience in a sales leadership role.
Robust leadership, negotiation, communication, and business development skills.
Willingness to travel.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
