Key Responsibilities
Manage overall Quality Control & Quality Assurance activities.
Inspect raw materials, in-process production and finished furniture.
Ensure products meet approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
Monitor quality of CNC, carpentry, polishing, upholstery, assembly and packing processes.
Identify defects and reduce rejection, rework and wastage.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions.
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Prepare and maintain quality reports, inspection checklists, NCR and CAPA records.
Train and supervise Quality Inspectors.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores and Design teams for quality improvement.
Implement and maintain quality systems and SOPs.





Qualification & Experience
Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Production, Quality or related field.
5–10 years of experience in Quality Control/Assurance.
Furniture/wooden/modular furniture manufacturing experience preferred.
Knowledge of SEDEX, ISO 9001, and QC tools.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office/Excel and technical drawings.
Solid leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary: As per experience and suitability.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
