Job Summary The Retail Finance Coordinator is responsible for coordinating vehicle finance and loan-related activities between customers, the dealership, and banks/financial institutions. The role ensures smooth and timely processing of finance applications and vehicle deliveries.

Key Responsibilities
Explain available vehicle finance options and schemes to customers.
Coordinate with banks and finance companies for loan applications.
Collect and verify required customer documents for finance processing.
Submit loan applications and follow up with banks for approval and disbursement.
Coordinate with Sales Executives, customers, and finance companies to ensure timely processing.
Track the status of finance applications and maintain proper records.
Follow up on pending documents, approvals, sanctions, and disbursements.
Assist in resolving finance-related queries and issues raised by customers.
Ensure all finance documentation is completed accurately before vehicle delivery.
Maintain daily and monthly reports related to finance cases, approvals,



and disbursements.
Coordinate with the accounts and sales teams regarding payment and delivery formalities.
Maintain positive relationships with bank and finance company representatives.
Ensure compliance with company and finance partner procedures.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of vehicle loans and retail finance.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.

Qualification & Experience
Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma.
Experience: 1–3 years in automobile finance, retail finance, banking, or a similar role preferred.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
