Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Officer (RSO) to handle retail sales activities, assist customers, achieve sales targets, and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities
Attend to customers and understand their requirements.
Explain products/services, features, pricing, offers, and perks to customers.
Generate new leads and convert them into sales.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Follow up with customers through calls, messages, and personal meetings.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, and other required sales documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and customer requirements.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, sales, and customer information.
Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints professionally.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and sales campaigns when required.
Ensure timely reporting of daily sales activities to the reporting manager.




Follow company policies, sales procedures, and skilled standards.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of MS Office and sales software/CRM.
Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Professional attitude and presentable personality.

Qualification & Experience
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate; graduation in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field will be preferred.
1–3 years of experience in retail sales, customer handling, or a related field preferred.
Freshers with solid communication and sales skills may also be considered.

Achievement of monthly sales targets.
Number of new customers/leads generated.
Lead-to-sale conversion rate.
Customer satisfaction and retention.
Timely follow-up and reporting.
Overall contribution to sales growth.

Salary: As per company standards and candidate's experience.

Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹15,500.00 per month
