About the Role

We're looking for a driven Sales Executive to help grow Hyring's customer base. The ideal candidate is an early-career sales qualified with hands-on experience in lead generation and outreach (email marketing, LinkedIn, and other channels), a proven track record of hitting targets, and comfort using AI tools to scale outreach. Strong communication skills and the energy to move fast are a must — we're looking to onboard immediately, within 10 days.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting across email, LinkedIn, and other channels
Design and run email marketing and AI-powered outreach campaigns to build a healthy pipeline
Conduct discovery calls and demos to convert prospects into customers




Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records in the CRM
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
Use AI tools (e.g., AI email writers, LinkedIn automation, sales intelligence platforms) to improve outreach efficiency and personalization
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging based on market feedback
Stay current on competitor offerings and industry trends in AI/HR tech

Requirements
Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Hands-on experience with lead generation and outreach — email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, or similar
Familiarity with AI-powered outreach tools (e.g., AI email writers, LinkedIn automation tools, sales engagement platforms)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Early-career sales skilled, eager to grow in a high-growth AI startup
Available to join immediately or within 10 days

Nice to Have
Experience selling SaaS or HR tech products
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
