We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to lead our sales operations and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong sales leadership, client acquisition and team-management skills, with the ability to develop strategies and consistently achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets
Lead, manage and motivate the sales team
Generate new business opportunities and acquire new clients
Identify potential clients across different industries and markets
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective clients
Handle sales presentations, negotiations and client meetings
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports
Set individual and team sales targets
Track leads, conversions and revenue performance
Develop effective sales pipelines and follow-up strategies




Coordinate with the digital marketing and operations teams for smooth client onboarding
Explore opportunities for expanding the company's client base in domestic and international markets

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales/business development
Proven experience in achieving sales targets
Robust leadership and team-management skills
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Solid client acquisition and relationship-management abilities
Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
Experience in digital marketing, media, advertising or IT services will be an added advantage
Willingness to meet clients and attend business meetings when required
Highly target-driven and result-oriented
