About the Role

SPARA Corporation Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive banquet, corporate, and hospitality sales for SPARA Boutique Resort. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and client relationship skills with a passion for achieving sales targets.

Experience
0–2 years of experience in hospitality sales.
Freshers with excellent communication and a sales-oriented attitude are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with banquet/event sales experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Generate current business through corporate clients, event planners, travel agents, and direct inquiries.
Promote banquet bookings, weddings, social events, conferences, and room reservations.
Handle client inquiries, prepare quotations, and close sales.
Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and property visits.




Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
Follow up on leads and ensure timely payment collection.
Coordinate with Operations, Banquet, and Front Office teams for seamless event execution.
Maintain daily sales reports, CRM updates, and sales pipelines.
Achieve monthly revenue and booking targets.

Required Skills
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Robust interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
Ability to work under sales targets and deadlines.
Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to travel for client meetings.

Qualification
Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality/Hotel Management preferred).
