Role & responsibilities
Achieve sales targets and drive business growth within the assigned region.
Identify, appoint, and develop recent distributors and dealers in the assigned territory.
Maintain robust relationships with existing distributors, dealers, and retailers.
Monitor distributor performance and support them in increasing sales.
Conduct regular market visits to expand the distribution network.
Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends and report to management.
Promote company products and improve brand visibility in the market.
Ensure proper product availability and stock management at distributor points.
Follow up for payments and outstanding collections from distributors and dealers.
Submit regular sales and market reports to management.
