Retail Sales Executive

Location: Madhyamgram / Baguihati / Bowbazar, Kolkata

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Experience: 1–3 Years preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to handle customers, understand their requirements, explain products, generate sales, and maintain the showroom/store. Candidates with positive communication and convincing skills are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Attend and assist customers in the store/showroom.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Explain product features, pricing, offers, and advantages.
Achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
Generate sales through effective communication and product demonstration.
Handle customer queries and provide good customer service.
Maintain product displays and store cleanliness.
Prepare bills/invoices and coordinate with the billing team.
Maintain basic sales and stock records.
Follow up with customers when required.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of retail/sales experience preferred.




Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Valuable convincing and selling ability.
Basic knowledge of billing/POS and MS Excel is an advantage.
Should be comfortable working in a retail/store environment.
Should be target-oriented and presentable.
Candidates must be comfortable travelling to Madhyamgram, Baguihati or Bowbazar, depending on the vacancy.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
