As a Wi-Fi Validation Engineer, you will be part of an IOT radio validation (Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax) & test team lead and perform lab characterization and validation of WLAN/BT/combo SoC for IOT products.

Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role

- Perform bench testing, debugging, and characterization of module level and RF SoC IP including transmitters, receivers for Wireless LAN 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax solutions.
- RF system characterization measuring EVM, phase noise, sensitivity, and other radio parameters.
- Set-up and maintenance of lab test environment.
- Development and execution of scripts .
- Generation of RF design/verification/test report.
- Interface with RF systems and integration teams on RF board layout, test interface methodology and programming sequence, and RF calibration programming.

Your profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- B.Tech/ M.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering with 8-12 years of experience.
- Sound understanding of RF system for WLAN/BT specifications.
- Knowledge of complete RF signal chain. Experience with RF Calibration and RF parameter tuning for performance optimization.
- Experience with equipment including spectrum analyzer, network Analyzer etc.
- Hands on debug experience with WLAN, BT systems at board level.




- Past expertise in interacting with multiple teams in hardware, software, domain skills in RF/microwave.
- Proficient in scripting languages: Python.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good communication skills and mindset of teamwork.
- Must be passionate to learn new technologies and work in a fast-paced environment.
