Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Manage and motivate the sales team.
Generate leads through various channels.
Handle site visits, negotiations, and property closures.
Develop customer and channel-partner relationships.
Monitor sales pipeline, follow-ups, and team performance.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and other departments.
Requirements:
3 to 5 years of experience in real estate sales.
Proven track record of achieving targets.
Robust communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Valuable knowledge of the local real estate market.
Target-oriented and team-management abilities.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
