Roles & Responsibilities
Visit assigned retail outlets, distributors, and market areas to drive sales and ensure product availability.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
Achieve monthly and daily sales targets as assigned by the company.
Identify current outlets and prospects to expand market coverage and distribution.
Take regular orders from retailers and ensure timely order execution.
Ensure proper product visibility, display, and merchandising at retail outlets.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, schemes, and market trends.
Collect market feedback and share insights regarding customer requirements and competitor activities.
Follow up on outstanding payments and support the company in maintaining healthy collections.
Prepare daily/weekly sales and market visit reports.
Ensure effective implementation of company schemes, promotions, and offers.
