Title: IVF Staff Nurse (OPD & OT)
Summary: Manage fertility clinic outpatient procedures and assist reproductive specialists inside the operating theatre.

Key Responsibilities
OPD Duties:
Prepare patients for fertility consultations and transvaginal scans.
Administer subcutaneous and intramuscular fertility injections.
Educate patients on stimulation protocols and medication usage.
Maintain precise electronic medical records and treatment calendars.
OT Duties:
Assist doctors during oocyte pick-up (OPU) and embryo transfer (ET).
Monitor patient vitals during sedation and recovery.
Handle and label gametes and embryos with strict lab safety protocols.
Sterilize surgical instruments and maintain theatre inventory.

Required Qualifications
Education:



Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid state or national nursing council license.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing, with at least 1 year dedicated to an IVF center or fertility clinic.
Skills: Proficient in IV cannulation, phlebotomy, aseptic OT techniques, and handling emergency crash carts.
Soft Skills: Empathetic listener, robust ethical judgment, and excellent coordination with embryologists and physicians.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
