Role Description

This is a full time, in office role for a Sales Manager, based in Thane.

The Sales

Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets,



and identifying new business opportunities. Daily responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, leading a team of sales executives, developing sales strategies, and preparing performance reports. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

Qualifications
Solid sales, business development, and negotiation skills
Analytical thinking and ability to develop strategic sales plans
Excellent communication, relationship management, and client servicing skills
Leadership abilities to manage and motivate a sales team
Experience in the financial services or housing finance industry is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
