We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst with 2–5 years of experience in financial reporting, financial analysis, and dashboard creation. The ideal candidate should have a strong finance background and be proficient in Microsoft Excel or Microsoft PowerPoint to support business decision-making through insightful reports and presentations.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Perform financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and business performance insights.
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Microsoft Excel.
Create management reports and presentations for stakeholders using Excel or PowerPoint.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Analyze financial data to support strategic business decisions.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret financial information.
Recommend process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.
Required Skills
Solid financial background with a solid understanding of accounting and finance principles.
Experience in Finance Reporting and Financial Analysis.
Expertise in Dashboard Development using Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, Advanced Formulas, Charts, Dashboards).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Microsoft PowerPoint.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
