SALES MANAGER – VIDHI POLYMERS

Location: Waluj MIDC, Bajaj Nagar, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar

Key Responsibilities
Handle daily sales activities and achieve sales targets.
Manage customer enquiries, requirements, orders, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with clients regarding delivery schedules and requirements.
Handle dispatch planning and ensure timely deliveries.
Coordinate with production, stores, and dispatch teams.
Generate current B2B/OEM customers and maintain existing client relationships.
Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close orders.
Maintain daily sales records and provide updates to management.
Resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in B2B/industrial sales.
Experience in rubber, silicone, automotive, or manufacturing preferred.
Positive communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Robust follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel for client visits.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
