VPM Jewellery is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our showroom sales team, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
Manage daily showroom operations.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Build solid customer relationships.
Prepare sales reports and monitor performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum 3 years of retail or jewellery sales experience.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
