Job Title: Sales Support Intern

Duration: Internship (3 months)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Support Intern to assist our business development team with lead generation, cold calling, and client outreach activities. This role offers hands-on exposure to B2B sales, client engagement, and market research.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls to prospective clients and introduce company offerings.
Perform outbound outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate client information.
Schedule meetings and follow-ups with potential clients.
Support the sales team with market research and prospect identification.
Track outreach activities and prepare basic sales reports.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth lead handover and follow-up.





Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in speaking with prospects over phone calls.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and online research tools.
Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Travel Requirement:
Willingness to travel within the city for client meetings, events, or business-related activities, if required.
