About the Role

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Sales Executive to join Divine Copper. The ideal candidate should have robust customer-handling skills, excellent English communication, and the ability to convert enquiries into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming sales enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations.
Follow up with leads regularly and convert them into sales.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare quotations and coordinate with customers throughout the sales process.
Coordinate with the internal team regarding orders, pricing, availability, and delivery.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales.
Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
Handle customer queries professionally and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Stay updated on products, pricing, offers,



and company policies.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in sales.
Experience in home décor, furniture, handicrafts, lifestyle, luxury products, or a related industry will be preferred.
Excellent English communication skills are mandatory. No compromise on English communication.
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
Robust follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
