About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Customer Success Sales Manager to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in sales and client relationship management, with a genuine interest in the automotive industry. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to build long-term customer relationships, and a results-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.
Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and achieving sales targets.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive support and engagement.
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Handle customer queries, negotiations, and issue resolution effectively.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback for management.
Stay updated on automotive industry trends and competitor activities.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).




Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, customer success, client relationship management, or a related role.
Experience in the automotive industry, car dealerships, or any client-facing industry is preferred.
Robust passion and enthusiasm for cars and the automotive sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve business goals.

Language Requirements
Fluent in Kannada
Fluent in English
Proficiency in Hindi is preferred.

Good presentation and communication skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
