Shivalika Cleantech Projects Pvt. Ltd. is a government-recognized renewable energy startup delivering end-to-end rooftop solar power solutions for residential and commercial clients in Gwalior. We are hiring a Sales Tele Caller to join our growing team.

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective residential and commercial customers to generate interest in solar rooftop solutions
Explain our offerings and the PM Surya Ghar Yojana government subsidy scheme to potential customers
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and online inquiries
Schedule appointments and site visits for the sales team
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
Achieve daily and weekly calling and lead conversion targets





Requirements
Graduate in any discipline
Freshers welcome; prior telecalling or tele-sales experience is a plus
Positive communication skills in Hindi and basic English
Confident, persuasive, and target-driven attitude
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)

Fixed salary of Rs. 8,000 to Rs. 15,000 per month plus performance incentives
