We are looking for a agile and motivated Sales & Marketing Intern to support our business development activities in the power electronics domain. The intern will gain hands-on experience in selling and marketing advanced energy solutions including BMS, inverters, UPS systems, and battery technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support
Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential customers (OEMs, distributors, industrial clients)
Support the sales team in lead generation, qualification, and follow-ups
Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals
Maintain customer database and sales pipeline records
Participate in client meetings and product demonstrations

Marketing Activities
Assist in creating marketing content (brochures, social media posts, email campaigns)
Conduct market research and competitor analysis in the energy/power electronics sector
Support digital marketing initiatives (LinkedIn, website updates, campaigns)
Help organize promotional events, exhibitions, and product launches

Technical Understanding
Learn and understand product features of BMS, Inverters, UPS, and Batteries
Assist customers with basic technical queries (with team support)




Coordinate with technical teams for customized solutions

Eligibility Criteria
Pursuing or recently completed B.E./B.Tech / Diploma in:
Electrical Engineering
Electronics & Communication
Power Electronics
Or MBA (Marketing) with interest in technical products

Required Skills
Robust communication and presentation skills
Basic understanding of electrical/electronic systems
Interest in sales, marketing, and business development
MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Self-motivated and eager to learn

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of renewable energy / battery systems
Familiarity with CRM tools or digital marketing platforms
Prior internship in sales/marketing (optional)

Learning Outcomes
Exposure to industrial sales and B2B marketing
Understanding of energy storage and power electronics market
Hands-on experience in client handling and business development
