Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the store environment is elegant, welcoming, and inspiring.
Cultivate a deeply personalised client experience that blends hospitality, education, and styling.
In-store events and styling sessions in collaboration with the brand team.




Report on store performance and customer insights .
Assisting customers in their jewellery selection and purchase journey.
Build and maintain relationships with customers and handle customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
Develop post-purchase communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and promote loyalty according to company standards.
Work with the larger Tamannaah Fine Jewellery team to define and refine store processes and standard operating procedures

Skill Set:
Clienteling & relationship-building
Visual merchandising sensibility
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Proficiency with CRM and retail POS systems
Solid problem-solving and conflict resolution ability

Experience Required:
5+ years in luxury retail or fine jewellery
Strong fashion, styling, or hospitality sensibility
