About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to guide students in choosing the right courses and career paths. The ideal candidate should have robust communication and counselling skills with a passion for sales and education.

Key Responsibilities

1.Excellent listening + communication skills fluent, confident English (peer-level conversation with professionals and graduates).

2.Prior experience in high-ticket / premium-product or consultative sales (education, SaaS, real estate, financial products, luxury, etc.). 3.Comfortable owning targets in a high-value,



longer sales cycle, with robust objection-handling and value-based selling instincts. 4.Interpersonal skills, integrity and professionalism; able to operate with a wide range of candidate personalities and backgrounds.

5.Self-starter who thrives with ownership rather than a rigid script.

6.Graduate in any stream.

7.Comfort & knowledge of Microsoft Office / CRM (for data management).

Good to have

Exposure to EdTech, startup, D2C or premium-education sales; a track record of closing high-ticket deals and exceeding targets.
