Elysium Academy is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Senior Academic Counsellor – Business Development to drive student enrolments, academic counselling, lead conversion, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and working professionals regarding suitable technical and career-oriented courses.
Handle leads through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, social media, and other channels.
Convert enquiries and qualified leads into successful admissions.
Generate recent business opportunities through referrals, outreach, events, seminars, and institutional connections.

Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
2 years of experience in Academic Counselling, EdTech Sales, Business
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust counselling, convincing, negotiation,



and sales skills.
Good knowledge of Business Development and Lead Conversion.
Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
Experience in the Education / EdTech / Training industry will be an added advantage.
