We are looking for an experienced Senior CNC Machinist to independently set up and operate CNC and manual machines for high-precision machining and premium threading operations. The candidate will be responsible for machine setup, CNC program interpretation, tooling, offsets, machining, threading, inspection and achieving production targets while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :-
Set up and operate CNC and manual machines such as Mazak, Mori Seiki and similar machines.
Read, interpret and verify CNC programs.
Manage tool offsets, cutting parameters, tooling, inserts and fixtures.
Machine complex components using carbon steel and chrome materials.
Perform precision threading operations.
Conduct First Article Inspection (FAI) and in-process inspection.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances and surface finish requirements.
Use micrometers, vernier calipers, thread gauges, dial indicators and other precision instruments.
Achieve daily and weekly production targets.
Maintain 5S, machine condition and tooling.
Identify and escalate machine,



quality and safety issues.
Support and train junior machinists.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance and CNC Programming teams.

Candidate Profile :-
Minimum 5 years of hands-on CNC machining experience.
Solid experience in CNC setup and operation.
Experience with Mazak / Mori Seiki or similar CNC machines preferred.
Experience in threading operations.
Premium threading / VAM experience will be an advantage.
Solid focus on safety, quality and productivity.
