Role & Responsibilities

Drive business growth and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

Lead, manage and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.

Recruit, train and develop Financial Consultants/insurance sales specialists.

Build and maintain robust customer and channel-partner relationships.

Monitor team performance, sales pipeline and daily activity.

Conduct regular review meetings and provide coaching to team members.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Graduate in any discipline.

1 and 2+ years of experience in sales.

Experience in team handling and achieving sales targets.

Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Ability to recruit, train and motivate sales professionals.
