Skills Requirement
Minimum 2-3years of relevant experience as a Salesforce – Business Analyst
Demonstrated solid client facing and stakeholder management experience
Extensive hands-on experience of managing multiple implementation projects
Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
Highly skilled in creating, maintaining, and supporting all application development artefacts including BRD, User Stories, Functional Process Flows,
Wireframes, Business rule definitions, User manuals and training material
Exceptional demonstration and presentation skills
Knowledge of Sales and Service cloud, Marketing cloud is a must. Add on knowledge of Experience cloud, and Tableau CRM will be highly preferred
Solid core knowledge of Salesforce platform fundamentals
Valuable understanding of Waterfall/Agile software development lifecycle fundamentals and experience of delivering projects in both type of models.
Applicants with BA certification and any other is preferred.
