Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Data Cloud Architect with solid expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360), enterprise data architecture, and large-scale digital transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge, solid stakeholder management capabilities, and experience leading end-to-end architecture initiatives.

Experience Required
10- 15 years of overall IT experience
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360

Must Have
End-to-end solution architecture ownership
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
Experience in large enterprise transformation programs
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to drive architecture governance and design standards

Positive to Have
Healthcare / Life Sciences domain experience
Pre-sales, RFP response, and solution estimation experience
Experience working in an onsite-offshore delivery model

Key Responsibilities
Define target-state Salesforce Data 360 architecture aligned with business objectives.
Lead solution design across Salesforce platforms, integrations,



and enterprise data ecosystems.
Provide architectural governance, technical guidance, and design reviews.
Collaborate with client leadership, product owners, business stakeholders, and delivery teams.
Drive enterprise data strategy, data governance, and customer data unification initiatives.
Support pre-sales activities, proposal preparation, solution walkthroughs, and client presentations.
Ensure compliance with enterprise security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
Mentor technical teams and support successful delivery of transformation programs.
