Job Summary

We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer with solid expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and up-to-date AI application development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building, fine-tuning, deploying, and optimizing AI/ML solutions, with a focus on GenAI-powered products and services. You will work closely with product managers, software engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to design and implement scalable AI systems that solve real-world business problems.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and Generative AI solutions in production environments.
Build applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) for tasks such as Conversational AI, Question answering systems, Knowledge assistants, Content Generation, Document intelligence.
Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures using vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources.
Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize foundation models for domain-specific use cases.
Develop prompt engineering strategies and agentic AI workflows.
Build scalable ML pipelines for model training, inference, monitoring, and evaluation.
Collaborate with data engineering teams to prepare and manage datasets for model development.




Optimize model performance, latency, cost, and reliability.

Core Competencies
Understanding of Snowflake architecture, SQL optimization, and data modeling techniques
Accuracy in data handling, coding, and documentation
Comfortable working in dynamic environments and adapting to evolving technologies and business needs
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences
Robust interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, scientists, and business stakeholders
Proactive in identifying issues and implementing effective solutions in data workflows and pipelines
Ability to analyze complex data problems and develop efficient, scalable solutions

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering or AI development.
Strong programming skills in Python.
Experience with machine learning frameworks such as:
PyTorch
TensorFlow
Scikit-learn
Hands-on experience working with Large Language Models.
