Role Summary The Salesforce Administrator / Developer supports the Apixio Org Merge with a configuration-to-code blend. The role covers configuration, Flows, permissions and sharing fundamentals, field and layout changes, app pages, release processes, and light development needed to support the merge and data migration.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver configuration: fields, objects, permission sets, layouts, app pages, sharing / visibility.
Build Flows and declarative automation supporting merge requirements.
Provide light Apex / LWC development where required for the merge.
Support release processes and deployment movement.
Partner with data resources on migration-supporting configuration and validation.
Assist with reconciliation and defect fixes during merge and cutover.
Must-Have Skills
4+ years combined Salesforce administration and development experience.
Solid configuration depth: Flows, permissions, sharing, layouts, app pages.
Working Apex and LWC.
Understanding of data model and migration impact of configuration choices.
Familiarity with sandbox-to-production release processes.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Salesforce org-merge / consolidation exposure.
Data migration support experience.
Integration awareness.
Healthcare or regulated-industry experience.
